Why we price on outcomes
Most software charges you the same whether it works or not. We don't think that's the right model for a company whose entire promise is more revenue. Outcome-based pricing puts the risk on us: you only pay a share of the additional revenue GENIE actually generates, measured against a baseline agreed up front. It keeps our incentives pointed at exactly one thing, growing your revenue.
How the outcome is measured
Before anything goes live, we agree a baseline for your car park from its existing performance. GENIE's contribution is then measured as the revenue above that baseline. Because the whole platform runs on the data your PMS already produces, the measurement is grounded in your own numbers, and every pricing decision behind the uplift is visible to you.
What it costs
The exact commercial terms, the share of uplift and the baseline definition, depend on your asset, your volume and your current setup, so we quote them per operator rather than list a headline number that wouldn't fit anyone. The one constant is the principle: no upfront cost, and nothing to pay until GENIE has grown your revenue. Book a call and we'll walk through the numbers for your car park.
See the upside first
Want a sense of the size before you talk to us? The revenue calculator gives an illustrative range of annual uplift for a car park like yours, based on published dynamic-pricing benchmarks. It's an estimate, not a quote, but it's a good place to start.
