Terms of Service

The terms for parking operators, and the people who work for them, using GENIE.

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Who these terms are between

These terms are between GENIE Parking S.à r.l.-S, a simplified limited liability company under Luxembourg law, with its registered office at 2, rue de l'Innovation, L-7795 Bissen, Luxembourg, RCS number B312396 ("GENIE", "we"), and the parking operator organization that uses GENIE ("the operator", "you").

GENIE is a business service. People who use the GENIE app do so on behalf of their organization, and their organization is responsible for their use.

Your signed agreement comes first

Operators use GENIE under a signed agreement with us, for a pilot or a subscription. If that agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement prevails. Fees are set in the signed agreement, not in these terms.

Accounts and access

The service

GENIE reads your lot's entry, exit and payment events from your parking management system and provides:

Forecasts are estimates and can be wrong. We do not guarantee any particular result, including any revenue increase.

You decide which prices to use at your lot, whether you apply them by hand or through your parking management system. You remain responsible for the prices you charge and for following local rules on price display and consumer protection.

Your data

Our software

GENIE's software, models and app remain GENIE's property. You receive the right to use the service while your agreement is in force.

Acceptable use

You and your users must not:

Availability

GENIE is provided "as available". We do not promise any level of uptime unless your signed agreement does. Maintenance may interrupt the service from time to time.

Confidentiality

Each of us keeps the other's non-public business information confidential and uses it only for the purposes of our work together. This does not cover information that is already public or that the law requires to be disclosed.

Liability

Ending the service

Your use of GENIE ends as set out in your signed agreement. Afterwards, your data is returned to you or deleted, at the latest 3 years after the agreement ends, as described in the retention section of our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Disputes go to the courts of Luxembourg City.
